Preparation time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 3 to 5 working days, except for customized orders to be consulted.

Tariffs and customs duties

Buyers will pay applicable customs duties and taxes. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Exchanges and returns

Return the items to me within 21 days of delivery

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.

The SLL protocols are complied with, to which the 3DSecure system is used in the payment gateways, redirecting the data to secure servers without the merchant being able to access them or store them.
