a sketch of me

I carry craftsmanship in my blood.

Already as a child, my hands braided the Sunday palms from bouquets, I studied with sulfur aromas and worked absorbed in the adventures of Pipi Calzaslargas. In my house they sewed, knitted and crocheted, macramé and all the DIY stuff that was and will be.

In the heart the backbone of art.

Due to the twists and turns of life, my path did not lead me to the art classrooms as I longed for, and so I moved through the family basketry shop to a furniture and decoration accessories store that was growing in demand and drowning me in equal measure.

New looks at the world made me see that I could leave it, yes, I could close the tent!!! It was an idea that had never entered my head but when it did it swept away and within a week I was already decided, but… to do what? no idea… A call, an interior design project…. it was long years of self-taught learning this complex craft, but it’s not worth relaxing, is it? that’s why there are economic crises, to force you to start again, again…. but where?

my hands

I start to produce and sell small wire pieces that were a pastime for a while. After the occasional failure, it is on the tightrope where I find my language and it is from here that I want to grow and share, it is my expression, my passion, my life and my bread.
